Our Materials

Waste In. Beauty Out.

We source three core recycled materials and turn them into precision-crafted products.

Recycled PETG

Post-consumer PETG — the same plastic used in water bottles and food packaging — is cleaned, pelletized and re-extruded into high-clarity filament. Our PETG is 100% recycled content.

Strength comparable to virgin plastic, with a crystal-clear finish that shows off fine structural detail. Each spool diverts approximately 25 recycled bottles from landfill.

PHA Biopolymer

Polyhydroxyalkanoate (PHA) is produced by microorganisms feeding on organic waste. Unlike conventional bioplastics, PHA is fully biodegradable in ocean water — it leaves no microplastics.

We source ocean-recovered PHA from certified producers. Products made with PHA carry a home-compostable end-of-life option.

Reclaimed Aluminium

Industrial aluminium offcuts — remnants from manufacturing processes — are precision-cut and anodised for our ALUPEX components and structural connectors.

Reclaimed aluminium requires 95% less energy to process than primary aluminium smelting. Every ALUPEX piece carries a material certificate.
